Mounjaro is a gift to (overweight) humanity. I say thank you!

Okay, a quick side note: in a few years, we might all end up with side effects, or get fat again, or who knows what else.

I’m 57; starting BMI was 30.5. I always dreamed of being a normal weight, and now, for the first time, it seems possible.

Started on 2.5 mg and I’m still on that dose. Daily calorie intake: 800–1,100, and I don#t care much. No more sugar, or at least nothing with obvious sugar content. Protein and fiber first. No alcohol. Light kettlebell training. A walk with the dog every morning.

After three weeks, five kilos are gone. But that’s not all. I’m so focused! Is that because I cut out the sugar? It’s, like a high, but I feel good. I actually feel like moving again. I even filed my tax return on time and did a proper deep clean of the house. 😂

Mounjaro, are we still ourselves when we inject this stuff? I don't really care; it feels good. Thank you to everyone who made GLP1 possible.

Sorry, no photos, tables, graphs.
