Website says three best scores of "remaining subjects", please tell me if i can exclude chemistry here and add fine arts instead they haven't written anything about academic subjects

how different is the curriculum of the bs sds program offered at iit kanpur compared to isi bsds. i was curious as that program seems really tough to get into.
