Visiting Nagano during december
I’ll be visiting Nagano this year end after christmas, and I picked out some places to visit around there, particularly Narai-juku and Togakushi Shrine Okusha. I am planning to rent a car from tokyo and drive to Nagano. My questions are:
Are the two places reachable by car? In other words, how accessible are they? Are there parking spaces around there?
Will it be snowy during end of december? Should I be concerned of the snow (if any)
Has anyone been to these two places before during winter time? It will be my first time visiting the area and Im trying to prepare as much as I can especially with the transportation
