Back to my hostel!
We use spreadsheets for tracking groups, and some rooms sleep 2, some 4 and some 6.
We pre-populate the rooms for the leaders and then they fill in the names.
Is there a way of me setting it up for that if I pick room 6, it repeats it one more time, but if I enter Room 21, it repeats it 6 times.

Is it possible to show a metadata column showing the last time a document in a folder was modified?
We use shared spreadsheets to track when groups submit the names of all the group members (think youth hostel), and having them all in subfolders with all the extra documentation makes it tricky to track quickly.
I'm sure I saw something somewhere about doing it through JSON but for the life of me, I can't find it!
So, I'm trying to generate a spreadsheet to make the forms we use in the office to issue keys.
When people are given an apartment, we have a sheet with all the key numbers on it, and then they sign for it.
At the moment, we've got 22 different PDFs and Word documents, and it doesn't work.
So, what I want to do is this.
I've built the template in Excel and created a Reference sheet which will have all the numbers in it.
What I am trying to do is set it up so that when you use the Apartment number from a dropdown, it populates with all the key numbers.
This sounds like it should be easy to do, but my Excel brain is broken.
Advice would be much appreciated!
