I have been tracking my food spending for about a month now and I am spending an exorbitant amount on food. I currently shop mostly at my local co-op , Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. I know , please don’t come at me . I love healthy food and I love to cook, but I need to get my food bill down . For those who use Costco as your main grocery store how do you budget for that ?

I meant to mention in my original post that I am a single person and I’m really interested in how single people feel that Costco works for them.
