Course Training Tenant down? Now what?! Can i use our actual training tenant?

So, I'm [away from my work laptop, and not logged into my 'Learning' so i'm forgetting the official name of the class] doing the WD Platform for Administrators training.

Today i was cruising along (at home) and suddenly around mid day, the tenant was down. Then i realized it was going away tomorrow, UTC time, which isn't until 9 pm EST tonite!

I have no training coordinator contacts, they dont extend the tenant access, i feel like i'm SOL. Then i thought - can i just use our in house training tenant? I cant imagine why not if it's there for us to mess around and test with.

I'm 3/4 of the way through the training, and realize the tenant access expires tomorrow morning after having the issues today - totally blanked out. I've had a whole month to do this, but every day i go into the office there's are endless bs meetings. Then I'm tasked with building/updating/maintaining WD reports (we're not even live yet! 1 month to go of this nonsense), etc etc. I should have ignored all requests not to and just remain home for a week to crack it out, but no.

so here i am.
fwiw - i'm just venting about the work/life situation. I could have managed my time much better, but life has been life-ing between family emergencies, deaths, funerals, all the good stuff happening in the month i decide to do this.

also, is this cert worth the effort? My workplace doesnt do promotions, it's an educational institution and so with all the grant cuts, yearly raises were a joke.

Help? I hate what my hair has become!

Im 44, in a dark time of my life and this hair isnt helping.

Looking for some guidance as to what i could possibly do (anyone have any ai hair tools they can run these images through?).

My wife says to just shave it off…

From the front, i dont think im so terrible but im thinning in the back, my flying V makes me anxious, i usually just tell my barber to fade to 2, trim some length and give me a hard part; im due for a cut.

Im sitting here scrolling, no product in my hair, and thought that maybe NOW is the time to post this.

Thanks, folks.

I've been gigging for 25 years, playing live Greek dance music with varying requirements according to each event - sometimes its a duo or a trio, but frequently with my name gaining popularity in the community, I'm contracting groups of 4-6 musicians, many of whom are multi instrumentalists.

On my ui24, i'm often filling up most of my available channels. (is this info pertinent? maybe).

Party sizes can range from 50-400 people, with a 500 person outdoor party annually.

Current setup is simple:

Mixer: SC ui24

Tops: ZLX 15 (first gen) - bought these used about 10 years ago.

Subs: ZLX 18 (just bought 1.5 years ago).

I always had good sound, never really pushed the zlx's to their limits until recently, musicians went home happy, clients were always happy. Since I've been using subs, the tops can breathe much, much easier and really throw sound as best as they can. I understand these arent high end speakers, but in my experience freelancing with other bands and using all qsc stuff when we travel, to my ears they're just as fine.

With that - it may just be my ears, and 2 other musicians putting the bug in my ear, but this last weekend, I could hear peaking, and some drops. I know these guys were playing loud, especially the keyboard player who acts as a sound engineer (but, i'm starting to think he's full of it). Cutting to the chase, I've got a gig this weekend that's going to be a big one, and I'm weary of using these speakers on the job - likely, they'll be fine. But, i've now got the itch.

So, my question (hopefully i gave enough context):

i've been considering 12s since i do use subs most of the time, and i believe the benefit of 15s is that they carry low end. I imagine that the 12's without the subs would be just fine when i do a small party (100 people) in a small hall/room.

Is the difference in size mainly in the low end?

The price point and local availability is enticing, i can get either today. I'd just like some thoughts to help steer me in the right direction.

Apologies if my thoughts are all over the place.
