i was gifted a beautiful collection of kokedama but i only have experience with plants in pots so im scared of messing these up:( the person who gave them to me kept them in their bathroom and would soak them in a tub of water for 13 minutes

my bathroom doesnt have a window and i only have options to hang them near a north or east facing window. but i could get grow lights

this plant is the most upset out of all of them so i was just hoping for some guidance on how to move forward.
im guessing some chopping and propagating is going to be needed but i have no idea if the moss ball/ roots are in good condition or not and if opening it right after getting this plant is gonna be too stressful for it? or if anything else needs to be done to set it up for success?
