Spotty yellowing on calamondin leaf ID

I bought this calamondin tree about a month ago. It had spider mites upon buying, which after treatment they seem to be gone (no new activity for almost 2 weeks since last horticultural oil spray). This yellow spotting started a few days after the horticulture spray, so im thinking it is possibly just some damage from that. Several leaves have it, and you can see on both top and underside of the leaf. No textural changes to the leaf surface.

Does it look like it could possibly be a nutrient deficiency? I have not fertilized since I bought it about a month ago.
