Is this consider a ‘Birthday Note’

Unlikely to find anyone alive that would want this note, but curious if it is even considered a birthday note?

I did find this on Gemini - celebrates the Panama Canal agreement 🤣

Panama Canal Rights
The United States officially purchased the rights to the Panama Canal from France. This acquisition was a critical turning point that paved the way for the U.S. government to take over the massive engineering project and eventually complete the construction of the vital waterway.

Dark spot in portafilter after shot pour

Fairly new to the coffee community. I have a Gaggia Classic Pro and I have noticed after pouring a shot a dark spot in the filter. Is this a sign of channeling or just a common thing that occurs? Would love to u see stand why.

Lady Lavery Irish Currency Grading.

I am fortunate to have been given these on my 21st (a good few years ago now). I have one of these, in near perfect condition. I would like to get it graded. I also have collected lady livery for a while. The 1 punt notes are in mint and in sequence. The plough man note (not lavery) was a lucky find at an auction years ago. I am in the US, is PMG in the US the right place to send it or should I go somewhere else? Is it worth getting graded.
Appreciate any guidance. I do have other smaller denomination lady lavery notes.. and wonder what is a good rule of thumb (cost vs. increase in value) on getting notes graded. Is it worth doing all together or for safety one by one.

Any guidance appreciated

Irish Lady Lavery 100 Punt (pounds) note -

I am fortunate to have one of these, in near perfect condition. I would like to get it graded. I am in the US, is PMG in the US the right place to send it or should I go somewhere else? Is it worth getting graded. The one below is listed on ebay for $4K - but you can list anything on ebay for any price, but I do suspect the value is high. Appreciate any guidance. Thanks for any guidance.. new to this

How are we classifying the new 800VDC sidecars? Are they basically just another UPS?

I’ve been tracking the push for 800VDC architectures (Schneider, Vertiv, NVIDIA's Kyber setups), and I'm trying to wrap my head around whether the sidecar is a UPS or not a UPS. Or if future centralized DC units will be a 'UPS' or ??

With the AC-to-DC conversion moving into these "sidecars" right next to the compute racks, and vendors packing them with modular energy storage for load smoothing and short-term backup, how is everyone viewing these devices?

Are you looking at the sidecar as essentially an in-row UPS combined with a DC PDU? Or is it being treated strictly as a distribution layer where you still intend to keep a massive centralized facility UPS upstream?

For those of you modeling out 2027 builds or retrofits for megawatt-scale clusters, are you planning to feed these sidecars raw utility power and let the sidecar handle the backup, or are you running them off a 480VAC feed that’s already backed up by a traditional double-conversion UPS?

Just curious how the community is viewing the new architecture move. Any content or info to share would be great.

My view - its kinda a UPS but not a UPS.. also has regulatory issues calling it a UPS from my understanding.
