Does this look like gum recession and gingivitis?

I, 20F have had my gums swollen and bleeding for a bit, and I cant afford to go to the dentist because I dont have insurance. I noticed my gums were a bit red and i think they look a bit recessed. What do i do? Is this recession?

Hey, I'm currently looking at a shared house in Bentley. The property looks great and its well furnished, But have heard that the Bentley area is dodgy and rough. This particular property is on Lord Street. How bad is it??
