Is there any sort of muscle relaxant or something I could put on my face or in my mouth to somewhat relax the muscle there? I am very cooked on money and im trying to save for better expenses I am just hopefully looking for something to maybe ease the pain or tension so it doesn't feel like HELL! Does exercising the muscle actually help? I know it may be caused by apnea but I can't do a sleep study either!
