Business Line of Credit

Struggling to find funding for my business. I attempted to go through route of a HELOC but quickly realized the chances of approval would be low due to DTI as I recently ran a cost seg on my properties lowering my taxable income. My next option would be a business line of credit. My business generates ~15k-17k a month with expenses around ~7k. Credit score is in the low 700’s. W2 income is also good. No problem with personally guarantee!!

Please help!!
