I always get boated after food. So i am on a journey to understand what excatly make sme bloat. I'm curious to see what other ppl actually identified that bloats them

I started to have grey hair at 15 years old. Now at 31 my hair has large grey hair spots but its not uniforme through the head. I wanted to ask here if there is anybody who successfully found a way to reverse hair greying? So many news now that is possible but i dont know anyone who actually was successful in it.
