I pretty much referred to myself as the "Compact Colt Guy" and even made multiple posts about this gun.

Well long story short i ended up finding it.

Why am i sad about it?

Because its in my new save so i can spend an another 50-60 hours to get all the weapons built again.

This game sure knows how to keep me playing it. Atleast i get more prepared for my "Realistic" IronMan run since this playthrough supposed to be a little training for it with custom settings and IronMan disabled.

Not the first time seeing this. There are times when i see an enemy in the open when using a 1-6x/7-35x scope.

While in reality they are behind cover and its a little bit annoying by now.

I seen similar stuff going on in other UE5 games too,but in STALKER 2 some NPCs just didn't spawned when they were supposed to.

Here are some specs and settings:

-Virtual Desktop

-High settings(Snapdragon enabled)

-85/80 Horizontal Vertical FOV Tangent

-HEVC 10bit

-VDXR

My PC Specs:

-Ryzen 5 5600x

-32GB RAM running at 3000mhz

-RTX5070(ReBar) enabled.

Game running on DX12,but even if i use High preset it still happens

Sadly i'm not even joking when i say during the whole game i did not managed to find a single Compact 1911.

Last playthrough i found it during the Last Mission,but this time no avail so i just given up on finding that thing.

For my last tide i increased to Loot Amount to Very High and the game started to make fun of me by giving me stashed modified GSH18's or PM's and other sidearms.

Baffles me tho we talk about a starter pistol which maybe is the worst in the game. Given we got 9x18 P+ and extended mags for the PM.

Its time for me to move on a little and finish ITR1 in Ironman mode. After that i play some other games and in a few months i will try my luck again,but now in "Realistic".

I hope it will be enough.

I just encounter this a lot of time by now. I'm gonna stop tracking.

One thing i noticed it appears during the day time too. Saw it once in the Outskirts around 1pm as well(didn't managed to capture a photo/video).

Not even creepy anymore. Well atleast for me.

Its a really good touch to make you more paranoid tho. Devs cooked again

I rearranged my stuff so its not that big of a mess anymore.

Also i have read all the comments and checked most of the locations for that Colt. I have found around 20 mags for it and kept 3 of it,but the pistol is nowhere to be found.

Maybe in the next tide,but i have found a Stashed Glock18C/M9/MP9 and not on corpses,but in random places like the Department Store in outskirts on a shelf and such.

One thing i'm sure of that i'm not starting the last mission until i got all the weapons ready to use.

I need the the SR25(Sniper built),IZH27,Shorty benelli,Vityaz,AS VAL(CQB oriented),VSS Vintorez(Medium-Long range oriented AS VAL) also the rest of the NVG's.

I'm around 380 Security Points,but i hope i find that colt fast.

Thanks to you guys i found more pistols than average so my chances just got better.

She or he was watching me for solid 10 seconds.

I fired at its position,but no reaction and i managed to captured this little clip.

Its the radius from the beggining tho,but its my 2nd time seeing it out in the radius and this was my first random encounter with it.

Sorry for the question,but its my last resort. I got 35hours and 38 minutes in my current playthrough,but that damn pistol just doesn't want to be found.

Yes i do loot dangerous areas too,but still no avail.

I'm not sure where would i have the best chance of finding one. Village/Romashka or Outskirts?

People who found it please tell me where 🤔

Spoiler ahead,but im going to hide them anyways. Also sorry if its not the correct flair.

So in 0.14 the last "Top Priority" mission was in the Outskirts including some portals. The portal you had to go through lead to this place in Peninsula(First map).

Now in 1.0 i was curious if i can find it again and i did found it at >! Kalashar Village at the Farmstead behind the house !< at Security level 5.

However i have no idea what is the purpose of this place and there is a >! Mission given by Lauri in the Outskirts called "Secret Chamber" !< and i don't know if this place and that mission is connected or not.

I still wasn't able to finish that mission and i tried every portal and >! Used all 3 portals that leads to "Abbyss Island !<

In the same place >! I have found Lauri chilling in one of the hallways and he said "The radius is an interesting place and looks like i have found a shortcut". !<

Now i wonder if this >! "Shortcut !< only takes me to the Farmstead in the first map or maybe to i can go to the Outskirts from there.

Also there is an another Portal between the >! "The Puddle and the Barn near the water in the Village" !< .

Sorry if it doesn't makes any sense,but i have no luck finishing that Red mission in the Outskirts and i'm really curious.

The video speaks for itself. This happened after the cube yeeeted me in Ironman mode. Homie was guilty and given up on life or something and did nothing after my death.

What is your favourite weapon in ITR2? I'm at Sec LVL3 tho. And i never thought that i'm gonna like the stashed M4 with it carry handle,but damn its good
