Seeking guidance on what's best for my situation.
I'm currently starting to build my own office, but I don't have any connections yet here in Metro Manila. I'm not sure which option is better:

1.Physical office – for notary purposes and the opportunity to accommodate walk-in clients.

2. Virtual office – less hassle and much more sustainable.

What do you think would be the better choice?
