woman on bike struck by vehicle

did anyone else see the accident around 7:50 pm on 3rd avenue at east 68th street?

an acura hit a young ish woman on a city bike. she was crossing 3rd ave in the pedestrian intersection from far corner from east to west.

I saw the accident happen and called the cops who took a really long time (call log over 5 mins) to finally agree to send an ambulance.

anyone else see it or the after math?

dom and tony?

Once upon a time, I want to say almost 20 years ago (thats how long ive been doing reps for) there was a seller you could email who made the most insanely gorgeous baleciaga motorcycle bags called dom and tony and tony and dom. i still have mine and theyve aged like fine wine.

does anyone remember them or know what happened to them?

on a related note, who is the go to for this bag factory wise? i dont see much talk about this bag here and its so underrated in my opinion.

Email friim NY Pres about dangers of peptides

From NY Pres about the dangers of peptides in research subjects.

One email was your peptides for your RS have shipped; the next, an email from the hospital about how dangerous they are.

While I dont think they are neccesarily dangerous and I will still administer them to my research rat, one think specifically got me a little curious:

"Dr. Khullar explained that BPC-157 seems to stimulate the production of nitric oxide, which “enhances blood flow and reduces certain forms of inflammation.” However, the peptide also generates free radicals—highly reactive, unstable oxygen molecules that create oxidative stress, with resulting damage to cell membranes, proteins and DNA. BPC-157 also promotes angiogenesis, the creation of new blood vessels. Cancerous tumors make use of that very process to feed their growth. That’s a reason for caution when it comes to BPC-157 use."

Would like to hear everyone's take on this information.

where to start

been lurking on this reddit forum for a while. research subject is 36, F, 160 lbs, 5 ft, little to exercise, perioral dermatitis, bursitis (knee), hormonal migraine, heel spur, lower back pain, very low energy. recently got off of fluoextine 40mg after 4 years which was originally perscribed for ppd. RS does not have hunger cues, emotionally eats, constant food noise. a1c etc all in range. where would you start for this RS?
