Looking for an affordable tool box for home use

I have decided to put together a basic tool set for home repairs and small DIY projects. I need a tool box that can hold wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers and a hammer as well as other relevant small size tool I might need. I have looked at options online in platfroms like Home Depot,Target and even Alibaba where there are plastic boxes which are price friendly but feel flimsy. Metal boxes seem more durable but cost more , almost twice the price. Has anyone here found a good budget tool box that actually lasts? I do not need a huge rolling chest , I need just something portable and sturdy that will help me keep my tools organized without spending too much money.

verifying the quality of stainless steel coils

I am working on a project that requires 304 stainless steel coils, 0.8mm thick. We usually buy from domestic mills but the cost is high and price is rising each day. Management wants me to explore suppliers on Alibaba and other marketplaces like amazon and eBay. I am trying to figure out how to verify quality before placing a large order. Do you trust mill test certificates from Chinese suppliers and also what specific mechanical properties should I focus on for a stamping application? Yield strength and elongation are critical for our dies. Has anyone here sourced stainless coils from overseas successfully? What was your process for qualifying a new supplier?

Looking for books about unusual financial crime

I have read a lot of true crime books for the past 10 years.I am mainly interested in cases where money was moved through unusual channels. Things like fake businesses or online marketplaces. I have searched on Amazon and even looked on Chinese platforms like Alibaba for books on this specific topic but most true crime books focus on the violence rather than the financial side. Does anyone know a good book that covers the money trail in a criminal case? I want something with court documents and financial records. Cases where someone tried to hide payments using creative methods. Not the usual scams but deeper financial schemes.

How does alibaba Accio AI actually work

I have been reading about Accio, the AI sourcing tool from Alibaba. The idea is you describe a product in plain English(I do guess you can use other languages too) and it finds matching suppliers. I am trying to understand how it actually works. Is it just a smart search wrapper over Alibaba's existing supplier database or does it use something more advanced like vector embeddings and real time web scraping? Does it use Alibaba's internal APIs exclusively or does it pull from other sources too? I am a developer and I am curious about the technical architecture. Has anyone here looked into this and maybe built something close to it? I would love to understand the concept better before I decide whether to build something similar myself.
