I’m part of a newly established Unit Based Council for a very busy hospital unit. The techs work so hard & I would really like to get some ideas for gifts that show how much we appreciate them. Our unit morale is very low (especially with techs) & we have been working to improve it where we can. I’ve heard multiple techs say they really aren’t interested in goodie bags so trying to steer clear of that.
