What does your physics curriculum look like?

The physics curriculum I've taught roughly goes kinematics, forces, energy, momentum, electricity & magnetism, waves, and EM radiation. Does anyone have experience with a different organization of these units and how you like/dislike it? For example do you do momentum before energy, or is momentum embedded into an intro "motion" unit to cover the conservation laws early on? Maybe you do waves before E&M? I'm curious what your experiences are and the reasoning behind the differences.

For clarity we follow NGSS, so we have to hit certain standards, but aren't limited to those standards for what we teach.

Give it to me straight, is $25k for 25 double hung triple pane windows a fair price?

After all my online research, I see these ads on social media for crazy window replacement deals such as 5 windows for $999, buy 4 get 4 free, etc., and I know they have to be too good to be true, but a part of me still wonders if what I agreed to is the right move. 15 of the windows had either broken glass or fog/condensation inside the panes, so we figured if we're going to replace 15 of the 25 we might as well do them all. Went with triple pane to help with the heat loss in the winter, and because if I'm going to go through the trouble of new windows, I may as well upgrade from the 30 year old double panes that we currently have. I just need peace of mind of whether I'm paying a fair price.

How do I run my mini split on the mild weather days?

Located in Northern New Jersey. Just replaced a 30 year old mini split AC in our additiong with a new Daikin heat pump. Last week we had 3 days of 90+ degrees, followed by 3 days of 50-60 degrees. So I ran the system consistently the three hot days at 74 degrees, then shut it off the three cool days. Now that it's going to be 80-85 degrees this week, I know I'll need to run it during the day, but do I also leave it on at night even the lows are in the 50s/60s? Should I use the timer function? Eco mode? Powerful mode? I'm slightly overwhelmed by all the options and just want to set it and forget it, but also don't want it running unnecessarily. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know triple pane windows don't really offer much of a difference in warmer climates, but I'm curious if Northern NJ gets cold enough in the winter to warrant the use of triple pane windows. Also, are triple pane windows worth it? Are they considerably darker/greener due to the extra glass, or is it barely noticeable? How's the extra efficiency and noise reduction? Do the pros outweigh the cons?
