Hi! To keep it simple, I bought a beautiful tan skin ddh-11 with an official, untouched faceup and I would like to wipe off the makeup and give her my own, but I'm a bit scared of choosing the wrong materials and/or techniques and damaging the head!

first of all I want to make clear that I'm posting this here because I'm a bit new to the dollfie world, so I'm genuinely wondering if I asked something that I shouldn't have.
I'm always a bit hesitant to buy such expensive things on secondhand places like vinted, but I have been wanting to buy a dollfie for a while and finally got the money, so I threw myself at it. The only thing is, I really wanted to make sure I was getting what i actually thought I was getting! and not because i'm somewhat new I'd trip over details and such that could later on be relevant, so I went ahead and asked everything.
I got instantly blocked and I honestly don't understand why, even after saying that I was very interested on purchasing her, so I'm a bit bummed lol
