Ok this is probably an unusual post, but essentially I’ve just been handed an entire SOC team in India (20+ people). I’m from the US, and haven’t had a ton of experience working with India-based employees.

I manage a few small US based teams already, but my SOC experience is pretty limited. Any advice on how to prepare? I’m sure there are some differences in culture, communication, and management styles . What else do I need to ramp up on? Also advice for moving from a 5 person SOC to a 25 person setup?
