I just got accepted into law school as a 27 year old after taking a 5 year hiatus from school. Every attorney I talk to (family members/customers at my retail job) says something along the lines of “are you sure you want to be a lawyer?” or “it’s not too late to back out.”

I’m trying really hard to be excited but their reactions are making me second guess myself. If you do like your job, what area of law do you work in? I’m interested in DR but I am not super committed.
