I’m currently looking for a remote role in market research, call center work, or customer service.
I’ve got around 3 years of experience in customer service, plus recent experience working as a Market Research Interviewer where I was speaking to people daily, hitting targets, and keeping conversations natural while still collecting accurate data. I’m used to fast-paced environments and handling all kinds of personalities.
I’m comfortable doing high-volume calls, surveys, inbound/outbound work — whatever’s needed. I’m also very reliable, easy to work with, and don’t need micromanaging.
I’m fully flexible with hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) and can start straight away.
