Future of health trends - Will creatine extend further than in gym culture?

Do we think creatine will begin to make its way into the hands of people who are looking to improve their cognitive/mental health? along with all the other great benefits we are starting to see in various populations, sleep deprivation, etc...

Solo Traveling With a Group Was One of the Best Decisions I’ve Ever Made

I wrote a fun blog about going on a group fitness/social trip that changed my perspective on life.

I used to think solo travel sounded awkward as hell. Group trips were always forced upon me while in the Military...

And... Honestly? Traveling solo with a group ended up being one of the best experiences I’ve had in years.

You skip the pressure of coordinating friends, meet people who are actually open to connection, and somehow bond faster through shared experiences than normal day-to-day life.

I recently did trips through Nicaragua and Egypt with Surf Yoga Beer, where we surfed, trained, scuba dived, explored islands in the Red Sea, and visited ancient sites… and it completely changed my perspective on travel.

I also realized how important hydration, recovery, sleep, and even creatine become when you’re constantly moving through flights, heat, workouts, and adventures across time zones.

Curious if anyone else has had unexpectedly meaningful experiences traveling solo with a group?

Are you or your subordinates anxious about the new PT standards?

The ops tempo isn't slowing down and there are many things to balance on a daily basis. I know that there are going to be at least 25% of the force who will struggle with these changes moving forward We see it all the time! Not everyone is equipped or self motivated to get after fitness, and most the time they over do it and get discouraged or injured by going too hard.

I know it's impossible to force people into action, but if you are a supervisor or have a friend you know that could benefit from following a plan that takes minimal time and programmed to reduce the risk for injury, please share this resource with them.

What’s the worst experience you’ve had while solo traveling that still makes for a great story now?

One of mine was having an international layover in Amsterdam that was less than an hour to get to, and we experienced a weather delay on my departure flight which caused us to arrive late. I was then rebooked on a flight 12 hours later, so I went and explored Amsterdam for the 3rd time! But.. when I got back to the Airport the flight got pushed and changed to a gate across the Airport. And shocker... The Aircrew was not ready! So we waited another 3hrs to depart. My rental care was scheduled for earlier in the day, so I had to try and rebook it! Once I got to my final destination it was 1am... I had to drive another 45mins to my destination... And my luggage was nowhere to be found... at this point I was a little panicked. But I was finally able to find it in a separate area and luckily there was one rental car company still open! Anxiety driven adventure it was...

Dali Art in Marbella Spain

There's a Dali museum where I live and I had never been, but during my trip to Marbella Spain I ran across some Dali art that makes me interested in visiting the museum.

Did solo travel genuinely change your life, or do people romanticize it online?

Question: Did solo travel genuinely change your life, or do people romanticize it online?

I personally enjoy solo travel, but it's not always this self-exploratory thing. Sometimes it's taking time to decompress and take in the culture. I have recently done a couple solo travel trips that included a group of other solo travelers where we do a lot of social and fitness activities and that was pretty awesome, but the other solo traveling I've done has become less life changing and more routine. Still fun though!

Liver GSD Nala

I took Nala to Miami, where we stayed at a hotel right on the water that allowed pets for no extra charge! We had a great time walking around. Should've had her sniff out any contraband on the yachts!
