hey! i play on xbox series s and ive noticed a glitch?

whenever i try to go on things like hair, eyebrows, eyeshapes etc, it does this weird thing where it doesnt let me scroll to pick an item/colour? i dont have any mods or cc installed aswell

i presume this is a post update glitch.. just super annoying and jw if anyone knows how to fix it or if i just need to wait on ea noticing and fixing it
