My partner & I are looking for a lease transfer starting Mid May to June 1st.

Requirements:

• 1+1 (minimum)
• 600+ sq ft
• Preferred areas: Waterfront / CityPlace
• Good natural light (no buildings directly blocking windows)
• Budget: Not more than $2800
• Well-maintained building (not too old, not too new)
