I was under the impression that a bone marrow biopsy is required only once after auto but doctor has ordered another one 6 months post auto even though 3 months post auto one came back clear. DLBCL never involved the marrow and blood work looks well so I’m confused. I called and a nurse said it’s protocol. How many have you had after auto transplant?
Hi, my husband is 6 months post auto transplant and, I’ve noticed that he gets irritated very quickly which is so unlike him. He had soooo much patience prior to treatment and now he loses his temper quickly. Anyone else?
So my husband had his ct scan today but we ended up canceling it as he woke up with a sore throat, mild cough, hoarseness, and pain near at end of jaw area. We’re hoping this is due to a virus instead of DLBCL. His DLBCL was also involved on that side of face on the cheek (soft tissue) but did not present with pain when diagnosed. Thoughts?
