Animal Physiology vs Cellular/Molecular Option

So I'm a 2nd year biology student looking to specialize in either animal physio or cell/molecular biology, but I'm stuck on what to pick.

I took BIO2135, the animal form and function course, this semester and I actually really enjoyed it (but not the prof omg) but I'm stuck on what I want to do post grad, so I feel like I should pick something that could be used for a wider range of fields, which is why I'm considering the latter option.

I also know that both options require a research project, so I was wondering if anybody who has specialized in either one could please tell me their experience in finding a supervisor and coming up with a research topic?

I basically just want to hear people's thoughts on if it's even worth specializing, and their overall experience in either option.
