Basically title, I was on a tour and they told me it would be one month free for all 1 bedrooms. I was on the fence and went to check out places, and there was a second special running that said and one month free for select apartments, so a total of two. I applied, and it quoted me 2 months free on the application, so they sent the lease over and all that and we both signed. After signing, they are now saying it is one month free and not 2. Is there anything I can do? A big reason I applied is because of the additional month free, if not I had another place I would’ve gone, and they aren’t giving it to me anymore. It feels scummy of them to do this and I don’t want to just accept it.
