Can someone tell me haw to make a train climb a grade I have tried to make a grade for a train to climb but I don’t understand haw to do it

The 7:40 Swan hill train today has 2 toilets not working why can’t they fix this sort of thing over night there is no spare train N12 is at Bendigo workshop and VN10 is in the workshop at Melbourne there should be more spare N sets as spare trains if needed
