Rpn bridge or rn 2027

Hello, so essentially, I applied to both the RPN and RN programs. However, because I was late in deciding what to do, I'm going to be taking chemistry in the summer, and RN schools don't accept that. So my choices are to do the rpn program then bridge or finish up summer school ( I'd still be doing the rpn program because my parents want me to have a backup if I dont get into an rn program) and reapply to rn programs with my high-school and RPN 1st year grades and if I do really good in the program then those grades could help me because my high-school grades are mid.

My reasoning is that if I don't get in at least I'm still on the RPN program, and regardless of whether I bridge or apply for next year I would still be doing 5 years of school.

Some advice would be great.

😭 rejection

Guys im officially cooked, got rejected from ontech for nursing which is like damn. But its not over yet im doing practical nursing next year and im gonna try and get really good grades and reapply again for ontech 2027. I thought about it and it would still be less years than if I bridged. So everyone whish me luck so I can lock in 🫡

Anyone from pre-health who applied to nursing at Ontario Tech got in yet, my average with my semester 2 midterms is 86.33. I didn't know if that was high enough so I'm getting worried. Plus my grade just went down because of the recent chem test 🙃. So I'm over here stressing. And I have to accept my PN offer by May 1st.
