Pathway Application Error, page Locked on Pathway 6
yesterday I tried to access the pathway page on MyIntealth. The issue is the two questions at the beginning that were about being practicing without supervision in another country or jurisdiction. I answered them no no then the page took me to a pathway 6 saying that you are only eligible for Bethway 6; however, I'm eligible for pathway 3. The My Cases I've uploaded before authenticated and approved by the MyIntealth website. I was about to apply in the previous cycle but when I reached the payment phase, I stopped there. I was eligible for pathway 3 100%. I'm sure about this and my graduation date is after 2024 first of January. The thing is I didn't paid at that time because I knew I will not be able to apply for the 2026 cycle. So I decide to postpond the pathway issue and the ECFMG certification for the 2027 cycle. Yesterday when I tried to apply again it just took me for Pathway 6 and the page locked on pathway 6 I cannot go back or go forward or anything.
