Help with Restaurant Recommendations with 2 Teens Over 3 Days

Trying to plan out meals for the 3 days in Dublin. We're a foodie family, kids age 13 and 11 that eat just about anything. Want to balance with getting a local feel along with great, bold flavors. We love all cuisines, but favor modern european (new american as we say in the states) and asian cuisines (thai, chinese, japanese, etc.). We love nice places, along with hole in the walls, but don't want to do the crazy expensive michelin star places for this trip.

Here's what I am thinking:

Land early morning Saturday May 30:

Lunch at Kicky's (maybe the set meal option, but a la carte is available)

Dinner at Achara (thai, maybe skip for more local flavors?)

Sunday, May 31 - Day trip to Howth:

Lunch at Aqua or Octopussy (my preference)

Dinner at Row Wines (seems like a cool place, could be a fun vibe for the kids to see)

Monday, June 1:

Lunch at Little Dumpling

Dinner at Library Street

I've got Loose Cannon on the list for a snack during the day, and Murphy's Ice Cream as a spot to hit up as well. Wife and I love good coffee, so have bookmarked Bread 41 and Two Boys Brew for that.

Finally, I'm a big whiskey guy (over 300 bottles in my collection, most very hard to find bottles from across the world), any store and / or bars to recommend to check out?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice. Let me know if I'm completely off track, or if I should scale lunches down to something smaller, lighter and quicker. Are there any passes or changes you would recommend?
