I just installed 2 nucs. It went extremely well both nucs had capped brood, eggs and larvae

I did not see either queen, but the frames look so good I just got the second nuc in and was putting the covers on and noticed this. I was very careful and slow. Did I crush my queen somehow?

Might it bee a swarm queen? There were empty queen cells, might this have been a new queen?
