hemorrhoidectomy advice please

Hello I had a thrombosed external hemorrhoid and I had the small office procedure to drain it, 3 days after had a bowel movement and I got the same hemorrhoid again as it got swollen. I went to the doctor again and was told that it was thrombosed again. So i was prescribed a cream and anti-inflammatory pills for 3 days and if it doesn't work I might get the hemorrhoidectomy. My hemorrhoid is small so not large in size but super painful

Please anyone who had this surgery for external hemorrhoid, how does it go ? Do you get the same hemorrhoid again ? Will I get rid of that hemorrhoid ? Please i need information.

Decided to go the doctor this past Thursday and had the office procedure to drain it and remove the clot, i felt immediat relief and felt good generally for 3 days until yesterday night when it started burning even tho i still apply the cream and have anti-inflammatory pills etc. Today once I went to the toilet the same hemy got swollen again and I have the exact same pain (again only 3 days after the office procedure) my question please anyone here got the same thing ? I am mentally and physically exhausted
