Advice on the best way to form a 100% foreign owned company in Dubai

I will give a brief introduction on myself. I am currently working as an entry level manager at a consultancy. We do not deal with digital products, but just consult on a highly specialised area of cost management. But, I want to start a company here to launch my digital products. I have close to AED 5000 and the MVP is ready (but buggy). Managed to get here with my own capital and I am close to exhausting my cash reserves. I need to test the product too, but need some credibility to approach companies. This is a product related to legal and contract automation, so will need some time to clear the bugs too.

I just need some advice from any experienced person on what I need to focus on the future or what needs to be done to kick off the business. I will have operation in my own country but sales here.

P.S: I want to start the business now to get experience in the process, because even if the product fails I can start on the next idea with the existing framework.

Thanks on advance
