Need help from other WHOOP users 🙏

I recently bought a WHOOP 5.0 and during activation the app charged me $36. At that time it looked like I was paying for WHOOP Peak, so I completed the payment.

But after activation, my app still shows WHOOP One.

WHOOP support says the $36 was just a membership adjustment/balance and not an upgrade to Peak.

Has this happened to anyone else?
Did the activation screen also make it look like a WHOOP Peak payment for you?

Would really appreciate if someone can explain in simple terms 😅
