I’m new to Walmart and this department I’m in kept telling me how short staffed they are and saying the boss is frustrated because people won’t show up for shifts so I’m assuming that’s gonna give me steady hours, just checked my schedule and I have 11 hours this upcoming week and 8 hours the next spread over 2 days, is it because I’m new or should I search for something that will be a bit more reasonable?
