I have been dealing with the platform crashing more (I'm a PC user). Everything else is working on my computer and my Internet is strong.

The firemen are always rude at first and when the problem is clearly on the platform side they become nicer, but then still say they have to mark it as Teacher IT problem. We shouldn't have to forego pay when it's on their own side.

I get into the classrooms by 4:50ish to class start, always check that everything is good to go in the preview. I've been with them since 2019, sans the platform-wide down time. They've become more and more disappointing as a brand.
