Using Equalizer APO (Peace) + Turntable>AV Receiver (phono)>Desktop Amp Line-In with EQ?

My bad on the title, a bit convoluted and tricky to simplify.

So as it stands at the moment, I send my turntable (Rega Planar 3) to my AV Receiver, then to my PC with a fairly high-end Line-In input (MSI ACE Z690) and then I apply my EQ using Equalizer APO.

However, although this does sound great (and I go about it this way to record my vinyls) I find that, due to the nature of onboard audio solutions, at certain quiet passages I can hear background noise, which varies dependant on what is going on inside the PC - possibly graphics card interference.

On to my point: I also own a desktop amp/dac, the Aune X1S Anniversary Edition. It does have a Line-In, but I am struggling to find away of applying the Equalizer APO from my PC to this, as I believe that this desktop amp (at least, on the Line-in) goes straight to the headphone output and bypasses everything else. In other words, I can't rely on this as far as I know in that current configuration.

Is there any way around this? as I explained, the end goal is to apply my EQ from Peace from the beginning of my chain, to where I listen from which is my PC. My my PC I can listen from my speakers, headphones, and bluetooth but I need to see if I can figure out a way to keep the Line-In portion separate from the motherboard. Any suggestions
