I am the landlord of a single family home that is rented to tenants who have informed me they will not renew the lease and asked if I would consider terminating the lease early. There is no termination clause in the lease.

I'm considering selling the home. I would agree to let them out early if they were to cooperate with me during the process of getting pictures of the home, keeping the house clean, accommodating showings, etc.

Has anyone dealt with this and can offer me any advice? They have been great reasonable tenants and I think they would be willing to deal with the headaches and annoyances that come with selling a home.
