Hi everyone,

I released an EP on Bandcamp that had been available for pre-order, but a few people who pre-ordered it have told me they never received a download link now that the release is out.

Some of them checked out without creating a Bandcamp account and only used their email address, so I’m not sure what the correct process is for getting them their download now. Is there a way for me as the artist to manually resend the download link, generate a new one, or confirm whether Bandcamp sent it?

Has anyone dealt with this before?
