Should I flip these girls to flower? It’s getting tight in my 3x3. And I still have to leave room for the stretch. Or should I stake them and let the horizontally trained leaves grow vertical? I’m about 5 weeks into veg. And yes I see that there’s a few yellow tips. My runoff just tested alkaline, so next water I’m using ph down.
These are my banana kush babies. 31/2 weeks into veg. Trained to grow horizontally towards the edge of the grow bag. But they’ve reached the edge. They’re very bushy and the nodes are REALLY close together. Should I trim the larger fan leaves off to allow light penetration to the lower canopy? I can already see future bud sites that aren’t getting enough light. Also the branches are too thick to bend without breaking. Except for the very new growth. Any help would be awesome.
