DOT smacked my head
On my ride today, I passed by DOT doing construction. While I was VERY SLOWLY passing them, one of them turned without looking and smacked my head with the long pole. Thank god I was wearing a helmet, but I was furious as they just said oops and walked away. Any way to put a complaint? Also, be safe out there everyone.
