For the future, anyone know where I could get a similar dish in this city?

I’m not thinking straight so I haven’t fully thought through whether this post will be downvoted to hell which would be embarrassing but this was my favorite dish and I need leads.

Idk what they did to that shiitake but the first time I had it, I had to confirm with the waiter that it was a vegetarian dish.
