I have started exploring about all these recently. Right now, I'm talking to someone and I'm attracted to him, but since somedays he has been ignoring me.

What I want to know is that -

1. Would it harm him ? If i do spells on him ? Or impact him somehow negatively?
2. Should I be cautious? I'm not doing some blood magic or what's meant to harm others, so is that needed ?
