Shoutout to Zusott support – fixed my mistake in under 2 minutes!
Just wanted to share a quick positive experience I had with Zusott support today.
I was topping up my account balance and made a typo on the amount, leaving me just $0.02 short to complete my payment.
I opened a support ticket expecting the usual wait of a few hours, but to my surprise, they replied in literally two minutes and resolved the issue right away.
