The Unapproachability of Infinity.

The Unapproachability of Infinity.

Sometimes you wanna make a Scritter because the idea sounds powerful, other times, because it sounds fun. Sometimes it's both, this it one of those times.

Meet...

Infinity

Not to be confused with Infinite, Infinity is a Scritter that can make anything, by grammatical and mathematical terms. An "Infinity". Something that cannot be approached, because it is unending.

For example, if they so choose to make the distance between them and other Scritters an Infinity that can't be crossed, they can.

Make their own strength an Infinity? Sure, why the hell not.

Hell, the bag they wear on their head is because they made the upper half of their body an Infinity, so they made the inside of the paper bag on their head an Infinity capable of containing it.

There is practically nothing that they cannot make an Infinity, and it doesn't even have to be directly related to themself, either. The the thing about them is, they're really not the kind of person to casually go about brawling other Scritters. They prefer the leisure and almost absolute safety that their title guarantees them, with only very rare cases being able to get through the distance that is the Infinity around them. (Looking at you... Bullshit.)

By all means, Infinity is not a mortal Scritter. Though where exactly would they place among the non-mortal Scritters? I'm not entirely sure.

Every Protagonist Needs a Rival!

Meet: Protagonist Rival

Additionally, beyond the way his stats scale, which place him just behind any protagnist-esque scritter he's declared his rival. His skillset allows him to pull from / mimic the powers of prominent characters that fall under the 'protagonist rival' trope. Vegeta, Bakugo, Sasuke, etc. Hence the explosion in his hand.

Fighting a protagonist-esque title bearer seems to force a unique trait of his title, being that he will always lose to them, and at most being able to bring said encounter to a draw. But other Scitters are completely fair game, and his stats are actually amplified against any non protagonist-esque title bearers.

The Scritters that Protagonist Rival can be a Rival towards fall under two distinct categories.

  1. Scritters that represent being a Protagonist. I.e. Player Character

  2. Scritters that high resemble or literally are a protagonist from some sort of media or otherwise. I.e. Soloku

Some of the title bearers that Protag Rival can declare a rivalry towards:

Player Character

Soloku

Critical Hit

Power of Friendship

High Tech

Sidekick

Drill (Willpower)

Chainsaw (Erasure)

Portal

Self Insert

This list will probably grow with time as more Scritters are created, or more that are a good fit are suggested for the list.

Fear it... the EVIL EYE!!! (Who invited bro??)

Brand new Scritter alert, meet Chuunibyo! Wielder of the totally awesome, epic and powerful... EVIL EYE!

What do you mean it doesn't do anything? Nah... that couldn't possibly be true...

Jokes aside, Chuunibyo is based on the Japanese term for a person who believes they're the Main Character and are often filled with delusions of grandeur. It's common for them to think they have secret powers and are super important.

Chuunibyo believes himself to be the product of an evil organization called the "Shadows of Darkness", one that did evil magical experiments on him. Granting him the "Evil Eye" he must restrain through wearing bandages around his hand. And he also believes that they're now hunting him, to steal the Evil Eye away.

Notably the 'powers' that he wields, while they may look threatening, dangerous and even take on a visible form, they're entirely spectacle. Unless the very niche case where he can actually convince someone that he has powers happens... most likely someone also delusional. I.e. Delusion. In that specific case, it's not really been tested what the limits to his powers are. As they're shaped by his deluded imagination.

That aside, Chuunibyo also thinks that Maw Agenda personally wants to recruit him, and believes that all of the factions within the Scritterverse have him as a priority target.

Another thing to note, is that he completely lacks the filter to discern when others are mocking/making fun of him. Thinking that they actually believe what he's saying.

That's all about this nerd, for now! Also have an image of him and Bleeding based on something that happened in the Discord, lol.

[Technically a Deltarune Ch 5 Spoiler] Heh, how'd you like my Scritona?

If you clicked on this post, I'm going to assume that you're alright with Spoilers for Deltarune Chapter 5, if you aren't, then click off.

Say hello to Fake Stats. Who's based on Flowery from Deltarune Chapter 5, the main antagonist of the chapter, and is likely the strongest entity in the Chapter through his fake statistics (if we don't count The Roaring Bum).

Fake Stats believes in making the world a better place, and keeping other Scritters happy, through the use of his title's capability. Which allows him to see and artificially edit his own statistics. Be it his Attack Power, Defense, Speed, etc. Able to push them to much higher numbers than realistically possible.

These Fake Statistics function as if they were real under most circumstances, only able to be negated when facing sufficiently powerful Hax, especially one shot attacks that negate durability and would bisect him in two. For no reason in particular.

Fake Stats unfortunately isn't the best judgement of character, and he may go after a Scritter strictly on appearance if they might appear like a threat to the general population of Scritterkind.

Fake Stats Quotes:

"Heh, how do you like my Scritona?"

"What a predictable Scritter."

"Last... SCRITONA!"

"HERE I COME SAN FRANDSCRITSCO!"

"Sorry to keep a Scritter in waiting."

Who doesn't love a good FIGHT?!

FIGHT's Lore:

Fight is one of the oldest titled Scritters, being a formerly mortal Scritter turned God. He represents the concept of Fighting itself, able to inspire a fighting spirit in others. Because of this, he's both an absolute fighting junkie, and is very likely the direct reason Scritters fight to this day. He was also at the center of a battle so legendary, so consequential, that it caused the half of the Scritter world to be the white void it is now. Due to this, plus a few other reasons, he was locked away, and has only recently broken free from his containment. He's a much more mellowed out Scritter compared to how he used to be, but he can be very easily tempted to fight, and there's no better way to gain his assistance than to promise him plenty of fighting.

You will never reach the truth.

I might do something more with this, but I mainly made Infinite Death just because I thought it would be cool, lol.

Their main power is "Impossible Conclusion", which will essentially, when striking a Scritter, keep them stuck in an infinite loop of dying on repeat. It is one of the worst fates imaginable for a Scritter to go through, even if they did something reprehensible.

And also here's a funny lil comic for it too, with True Death. (I never bothered to finish said comic, but eh, it's funny regardless to me)

Say hello to... Tier 7: Nuclear! Or just Nuclear for short.

He represents the Power Scaling tier, known as Nuclear, and encompasses the level of destruction within it.

He does this through using Nuclear explosions and energy, from being able to cause something small to fall apart and decay through radiation, to eradicating mountain ranges with ease through the use of massive nuclear explosions.

Notably, Nuclear is also related to one of the previous holders of the Title of "Explosions", which is very likely what sent him down the path he's currently on.

And while he may not be the most powerful, he doesn't let that bother him, as there's a damn good reason as to why there are multiple tiers below him.

This guy is... Dibs, and uh, he's a weird one.

His power is the ability to call dibs on anything and everything at all. Meaning it could be something as specific as... say, backflipping while doing origami or someone else's half eaten sandwich, to having the power to fire heat rays with the intensity of the sun.

The main caveata are that... one, to be able to call dibs on something, he has to say it outloud.

And second, Dibs is kind of an idiot outside of situations where his life is on the line.
