Edit: thank you all for the info! happy to know the case is bundled for free, and I'll be ordering the M500 soon!

I'm considering buying the M500 X Hatsune Miku, but I'm confused about the free gifts (case and badge).

The website clearly says that they are included (see screenshot), but promotional tweets from hiby say that these were only included for free with pre-orders.

I emailed hiby for clarification, and am waiting for a response. However, if anyone here has ordered an M500 within the past month or so, are the case and/or badge still included for free?

My guess is that they may have initially been pre-order bonuses only, but might have been included again after the price hikes. but idk.
