School Supplies for teachers

I recieved a large batch of supplies we will never get thru. I’d like to pass them on to a teacher to hopefully help a bit with supplies. Take all and share what you won’t use with your other teacher friends. All new except the markers, which were tested and only working ones left.

Thank you to those sharing your mammogram experience!

I’ve been on Zep for about a year and a half now. I’m a strict yearly mammogramer, and the last time I had one, I was only down about 25 pounds. This time, I’m down 80. I knew, based on you all sharing your experiences and the additional stories and links, that it’s becoming more common to be called back for a secondary mammogram and ultrasound after so much weight loss, and that often the results were fine. So, when I was called back, I had zero concern as it was expected, and this morning I completed it and came back clear. All is well!

In hindsight, my sweet coworker broke down in our office last week when she informed me that she had to go back for her mammogram because “they think the found something”. Like me, she’s lost considerable weight but hasn’t had one in over 3 years. She had never heard of the increase in likelihood to be called back after such weight loss. Like me, she was ultimately found fine, but the stress she dealt with for those two weeks could have been at least reduced, if not avoided, had she known.

So all of this to say THANK YOU to those of you who are sharing your experiences!! I may not comment often, but I do read and take in what I’m learning. You all saved me a few weeks of stress and allowed me to be mentally prepared in a way I wouldn’t have been otherwise. I appreciate this group so much!
